Submitting your camera-ready version is a 3-step process.

  1. Prepare your camera-ready manuscript to take into account reviewer’s comments;
  2. Submit your manuscript to IEEE PDF eXpress(R);
  3. Transfer copyright to IEEE using the personal invitation to IEEE eCF received on your author address.

The deadline for submitting camera ready papers is April 24th, 2026 (AoE)

If you encouter any issue when preparing your camera ready paper, please send an email to isorc@mcmaster,ca, we’ll do our best to help you. Authors might also consider looking at the PDF eXpress support center, and/or contacting technical support from IEEE by email: PDFSupport@ieee.org

1. Preparing your Camera-Ready version

Important: IEEE policy requires that all accepted papers must be checked for plagiarism. For ISORC, this will be accomplished through the IEEE CrossCheck Portal.

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. The copyright notice should appear about 1 cm below the left column, and should be aligned to the left with the same left margin as the column.

The copyright notice to be added depends on the circumstances as follows:

2. Submission to PDF eXpress (R)

  1. Login to IEEE PDF eXpress(R): https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login
  2. Go to your Dashboard, and select Create a new Title.
    • Enter title information exactly as they are in the paper.
    • When the created PDF passes the checks, don’t forget to approve it (icon on the right)

All authors of accepted papers must transfer copyright to IEEE by utilizing the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) (see IEEE Copyright Policy).

To include your accepted paper in both the conference proceedings volume and the IEEE Xplore digital library, one of the authors must fill and sign the IEEE copyright transfer form and return it to IEEE.

You will receive information by email (soon) when the copyright form platform will be open.
