Registration Information for authors of accepted papers (Research/Doctoral Track)

• Authors must register by the early bird deadline for their paper to be included in the proceedings.
• An accepted paper in the main track will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the payment of at least one AUTHOR Regular REGISTRATION type (either IEEE Member or Non - IEEE Member) for one of the authors (even if all authors of the paper are students, i.e., a student registration does not cover any paper).
• Only accepted paper in the doctoral track can be covered by a student author registration.
• Each author registration covers a maximum of one paper.
• IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

All Registration fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include VAT (13%). All types of registration cover admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and social events
